How to Upload Your Documents

In this guide we will show you how to upload your documents on the ENGAGE platform.  

Step 1. Log in to Engage portal. 

Step 2. On the main page, you will see a name of the outstanding document, click on it: 

Step 3. Click on ‘Select file’ and choose a file from your device to upload: 

 

If you are required to ‘Sign and upload a document’ (for example, if you need to submit an Opt-out notification, Self-billing agreement, Credit check – you have to download the document, print it out, sign and upload it back): 

You will be provided with a summary on the last page:
